Common expenses comprise :
- firstly, the everyday cost of managing and operating the shared services of the building insured, providing they were regularly decided and undertaken by the legal representatives of the community insured, within the limits of their competence
- secondly :
a) the cost of work to maintain, conserve and improve the common portions and common facilities, that is regularly put to the vote at General meetings of co-owners or associates,
b) special provisions, put to the vote in the same way, with a view to conducting this work at a later date
The insurance policy covering co-owners' expenses guarantees the payment of any expenses incurred as a result of taking legal action against defaulting co-owners, within the limits and conditions of the contract.
